If you select EML or MSG as your target format, you can then select “Use a template” under” File name:” to customize the file name output.
After selecting “Use a template, you will now the “File name template:” option. Here is where you can insert different tokens to customize the file name output. Simply click on “Insert” and then select the token. You can add dashes or underscores between tokens to help it be more readable.
Below I inserted the emails local message data and the subject of the email as the file name template for my EML files.
