Why was my order declined?

If the message “Credit card was declined” appears while processing your order it usually means that your credit card bank has declined the transaction. In this case we recommend you call your credit card customer service to clarify the issue.

Sometimes a payment may be declined due to a discrepancy in your order details such as your email address being different from your PayPal address or your postal address not matching your credit card address.
