If you have purchased an Aid4Mail 5 license, you can request offline activation via an offline license key.

A support representative will provide you with instructions on how to provide the hardware signature of the machine. This hardware signature is used to create the offline license key.

In order to exchange your regular activation code for an offline license key please contact our helpdesk with your order number before activating the licence.
